Job summary

Strategy in Warsaw is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to provide support for Cloud environments and applications. You will manage the Strategy Cloud infrastructure, perform maintenance and on-call coverage, and document tasks.

Required skills include AWS, Azure, Linux, GCP and containers; fluency in English and German; strong communication and time management; ability to work independently and as part of a team. Warsaw office, 3 days a week.

Qualifications

Technical education or IT experience preferred.
AWS, Azure, Linux, GCP and containers experience strongly preferred.
Practical experience managing critical customer issues is a plus.
Must possess an enthusiastic personality and foster a positive work environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of the Strategy Cloud infrastructure including scheduled and emergency maintenance activities and on-call coverage.
Implementation of Customer change requests in compliance with Change Control regime.
Incident response including troubleshooting of the infrastructure and collaboration with Tech Support and Technology teams.
Strategy Platform administration.
Maintaining high quality documentation for all related tasks.
