Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO AG in Warsaw is seeking a Global Service Desk Analyst (German) to support users across Poland, Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Spain and the USA. You will be the first point of contact for IT issues and collaborate with global teams to resolve incidents promptly.

The role requires fluent German and English, strong customer service skills and technical knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Be the first point of contact for employees experiencing IT-related issues.
• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software, and workplace technologies.
• Support users with Windows and Microsoft 365, laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Log incidents in ServiceNow and coordinate with specialist teams when needed.

Responsibilities

• Log and manage incidents using ServiceNow.
• Escalate unresolved incidents to appropriate support groups.
• Work closely with colleagues from different countries and IT functions.
• Participate in on-call support rotations when required.
