Job summary

Solid Company in Warsaw seeks an accomplished Motion Designer to lead end-to-end 2D and 3D animation projects that meet brand standards and project goals.

You will design optimized assets for animation workflows, develop storyboards and look-dev treatments, and build modular templates for multi-language releases across various aspect ratios. Proficiency in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender or Maya, and render engines is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the motion design field.
• Advanced mastery of After Effects and 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender or Maya), including rendering (Octane, Redshift), texturing, and lighting
• Strong foundation in graphic design, layout, composition, color theory, and typography using Adobe Creative Cloud
• Proven ability to create storyboards, style frames, and visual look-dev treatments to define campaign directions early on
• Experience in color correction, VFX and post production
• Experience setting up scalable project files, modular templates, and typography systems for multi-language global releases across various aspect ratios
• Deep understanding of game dev marketing formats (gameplay trailers, social teasers, localized ads) and maintaining visual consistency across gaming franchises
• Ability to manage time across fast-paced production cycles while prioritizing quality and technical precision

Responsibilities

• End-to-end creation of high-quality 2D and 3D animations tailored to specific project goals and brand standards
• Designing and preparing optimized static assets specifically tailored for animation workflows
• Developing style frames, storyboards, and look-dev treatments to define visual direction for complex, high-stakes projects
• Interpreting creative briefs and strictly applying brand style guides while maintaining creative integrity across all deliverables
• Building flexible animation templates and design systems scalable across multiple languages, complex typography formats, and varied aspect ratios
• Championing a collaborative, positive, and inclusive creative environment within the Motion Design & 3D team
• Shaping the motion design language across trailers, promotional videos, and marketing assets for games and franchises
