Job summary

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Senior 3D Motion Designer to join our Motion Design & 3D team in Warsaw. You will help shape the motion design language across trailers, promotional videos, and marketing assets for our games and franchises, collaborating with our Team Lead, Motion Designers, Graphic Designers, and Video Editors to create high-impact media that resonates with players.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in motion design.
Advanced mastery of After Effects and 3D software (Cinema 4D/Blender/Maya).
Strong foundation in graphic design, layout, color theory, and typography (Adobe CC).
Experience creating storyboards and look-dev treatments for campaigns.
Experience with color correction, VFX and post production.
Experience building scalable project files and typography systems for multi-language releases.

Responsibilities

2D & 3D motion design: end-to-end animations built to project goals and brand standards.
Asset creation: optimized static assets for animation workflows.
Look development: create storyboards, look-dev treatments for visual direction.
Adhere to briefs and brand style guides across all deliverables.
Create templates and systems for multi-language global releases.
Mentor teammates and foster a collaborative environment.
