CD PROJEKT RED in Warsaw is seeking a Senior 3D Motion Designer to join our Motion Design & 3D team. You will shape motion design language for trailers, promo videos, and marketing assets, collaborating with designers, editors, and team leads to deliver high-impact media.

You will lead end-to-end 2D/3D motion, look development, and multi-language localization while maintaining brand integrity across franchises. This is a hybrid, in-office role based in Warsaw.

Qualifications

8+ years in the motion design field.
Advanced mastery of After Effects and 3D software.
Strong foundation in typography and color theory.

Responsibilities

2D & 3D motion design across trailers, promo videos, and marketing assets.
Asset creation for animation workflows.
Look development, storyboards, and look-dev treatments for visual direction.
Adhere to briefs and brand style guides while maintaining creative integrity.
Support multi-language global releases with scalable templates and typography systems.
Mentor teammates and foster collaborative, inclusive culture.
