Job summary

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Senior 3D Motion Designer to join the Motion Design & 3D team in Warsaw, hybrid or full-time. You will shape motion design language for trailers, promos, and marketing assets across IPs, collaborating with designers and editors to deliver high-impact visuals.

You’ll apply advanced motion design expertise to create engaging narratives, maintain brand consistency, and support global releases with scalable templates and localization-ready assets.

Qualifications

• End-to-end creation of high-quality 2D and 3D animations aligned with brand standards.
• 8+ years of experience in motion design.
• Advanced mastery of After Effects and 3D software, rendering, texturing, and lighting.
• Strong foundation in graphic design, layout, color theory, and typography using Adobe CC.
• Experience creating storyboards, look-dev treatments, and defining campaign directions.
• Experience with color correction, VFX and post production.
• Experience building scalable project files and multilingual assets.
• Deep understanding of game dev marketing formats and cross-franchise consistency.
• Ability to manage time across fast-paced production cycles.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end 2D & 3D motion design for trailers and marketing assets.
• Asset creation for animation workflows and optimized deliverables.
• Develop look frames, storyboards, and look-dev treatments.
• Interpret briefs and apply brand style guides consistently.
• Create templates for multilingual localization and varied aspect ratios.
• Mentor and collaborate with team members to maintain quality.
