CD PROJEKT RED in Warsaw is seeking a Senior 3D Motion Designer to join our Motion Design & 3D team. You will shape the motion language across trailers, promos, and marketing assets for our games, collaborating to create high-impact visuals that resonate with players.

The role demands 8+ years in motion design, expert use of After Effects and 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya), and a strong grounding in typography, color theory, and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in the motion design field
• Expertise in After Effects and 3D packages (Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya) with rendering knowledge (Octane, Redshift)
• Strong foundation in typography, color theory, and layout using Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience creating storyboards, style frames and look-dev treatments for campaigns
• Experience in color correction, VFX and post production
• Ability to scale projects for multi-language global releases across aspect ratios
• Ability to manage time across fast-paced production cycles while maintaining quality and precision
• Experience setting up modular templates and typography systems for multi-language releases

Responsibilities

• 2D & 3D motion design end-to-end aligned with project goals and brand standards
• Asset creation of optimized static assets for animation workflows
• Look development: storyboards, look-dev treatments to define visual direction
• Interpret briefs and apply brand style guides across deliverables
• Build scalable animation templates for multi-language releases
• Mentor teammates and foster a collaborative creative environment
