Job summary

PixelAnt Games in Wroclaw, Poland, is seeking a seasoned 3D Artist to create high-quality assets for AA/AAA projects. You will translate concept art into production-ready models, optimize geometry and textures for real-time rendering, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a solid portfolio, strong English and Polish communication, and flexibility to work onsite, hybrid, or remote from Wrocław.

Qualifications

• Solid professional experience as a 3D Artist in AA+ or AAA studios.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality 3D modeling, texturing, and real-time asset production.
• Communicator with cooperative attitude and ability to take client feedback.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D assets in props, environments, or weapons.
• Translate concept art into production-ready 3D models meeting artistic, technical, and gameplay requirements.
• Build clean, efficient geometry, UVs, textures, and materials for real-time rendering on target platforms.
• Collaborate with Art Lead, Lead Designer, Tech Lead, Level Designers, Animators, QA, and Project Management.
• Maintain organized asset status and delivery progress for stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively in English and Polish.
