Job summary

Rutronik Electronics Worldwide is seeking a dynamic team player in Gliwice to drive sales and grow the semiconductor portfolio regionally. You will support customers through the product life cycle and identify design-in opportunities, while providing technical and commercial guidance to the sales team.

The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics, plus experience in product management or technical sales. Travel to customers and suppliers is expected as part of the job.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, product sales, or technical sales.
• Experience with semiconductors or electronics distribution preferred.
• Strong commercial and technical aptitude with customer focus.
• Willingness to travel to customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and contribution margin growth for the assigned semiconductor portfolio and further develop the business across the region.
• Support existing and new customers throughout the product life cycle and identify opportunities for new design-in projects.
• Provide technical and commercial advice to customers and support Sales with semiconductor, application, and market expertise.
• Develop and implement product and marketing activities based on market, competition, supplier, and customer requirements.
• Manage design-in activities, sample requests, customer projects, and supplier coordination from opportunity through implementation.
• Work closely with Corporate Product Marketing, Sales, Line Management, Marcom, Quality Management, and other internal stakeholders.
