Job summary

Rutronik Elektronische Bauelemente GmbH in Poland invites you to join as Field Application Engineer (m/f/d). You will drive design-in projects and provide technical advice to customers, supporting sales growth in the assigned product area and region.

You will plan customer visits, deliver presentations, identify market trends, and collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to uncover new business opportunities while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable technical discipline.
• Ideally professional experience as a Field Application Engineer, Application Engineer, Technical Sales Engineer, or in electronics development.
• Strong understanding of electronic components and customer applications.
• Customer-focused mindset with confident communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent Polish and good English skills, combined with willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive new design-in projects to support sales growth within the assigned product area and region.
• Provide technical advice to customers and identify suitable solutions for new applications.
• Manage customer projects from initial opportunity through to design-in status.
• Plan and conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and seminars.
