Job summary

Rutronik Electronics Worldwide in Gliwice, Poland, is looking for a skilled Field Application Engineer to drive design-in projects and provide technical support to customers. You will manage customer projects from opportunity to design-in, plan visits and seminars, and help identify market trends in collaboration with Sales and Product Marketing.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable technical discipline.
• Ideally experience as a Field Application Engineer, Application Engineer, Technical Sales Engineer, or in electronics development.
• Strong understanding of electronic components and customer applications.
• Customer-focused mindset with confident communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent Polish and good English; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive new design-in projects to support sales growth within the assigned product area and region.
• Provide technical advice to customers and identify suitable solutions for new applications.
• Manage customer projects from initial opportunity through to design-in status.
• Plan and conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and seminars.
