L'Oréal Polska Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw invites talented graduates to join the Dual Strategic Finance Journey, a 12-month seedZ Management Trainee Program bridging commercial finance and technology.

During months 1–6 in CPD Brand Controlling, you will work on GM, COGS, and ROI; months 7–12 in BT Finance, building Power BI dashboards, AI-driven analytics, and standardized data pipelines across European entities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or final-year student) in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a quantitative field.
• Excellent numerical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Proficiency in English and Polish; ability to present insights to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Phase 1 (Months 1–6): CPD Brand Controlling—analyze GM evolution, identify tails, and optimize COGS.
• Lead 360° performance analyses of top brands evaluating Market Share, Sell-out dynamics, and margins.
• Phase 2 (Months 7–12): BT Finance—design and deploy Power BI dashboards and AI-driven KPIs across 30 European entities.
