Job summary

You will support confidentiality agreements, assist in data analysis, and contribute to cross-functional projects with buyers, development, quality, logistics and cost engineering.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills with attention to details.
• Practical use of MS-Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Independent and goal-oriented way of working, in combination with good organizational and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of English (at least B2 for everyday business communication).
• Availability to work full-time.
• Good knowledge of other language (German) – nice to have.
• B-category Driving License – nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a global purchasing team and work and experience actively the area of Global Commodity Purchasing.
• Assistance in requesting and tracking confidentiality agreements.
• Participation in subtasks in close coordination with other buyers, specialist and cross-sectional areas such as development, quality, logistics, project management and cost engineering.
• Independent evaluation, analysis and preparation of purchasing-relevant data to achieve team and department goals.
