Job summary

Valeo, a global automotive supplier, is offering a 18-month Finance Trainee/Apprentice position at its Shared Service Center in Poland. The role focuses on assisting the accounting team, processing invoices, and supporting the monthly close with supplier communications.

You will join a multinational environment, with opportunities for development while working closely with procurement and finance teams. Fluency in English and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or currently a year II–V student in these fields.
• Very good command of English.
• Strong MS Office skills; meticulous and proactive.
• Available for 4–5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Accounting Department and process PO/non-PO invoices.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
• Communicate with suppliers.
• Assist in monthly reporting and provide supporting documentation for audits.
• Participate in talks with clients/suppliers; maintain relationships.
