Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations across ITP, T&E, or RTR under mentors.
• Verify, process, and archive financial documents and expense reports per guidelines.
• Assist with data entry, system updates, and account balance reconciliations in ERP systems.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and international suppliers to resolve minor queries and document flow.
• Participate in month-end closing activities and assist with operational reporting.
• Spot workflow discrepancies and suggest improvements to daily operations.
