Procter & Gamble in Warsaw is offering a Future Key Account Manager Traineeship for business/tech students or recent graduates in a hybrid role. The six-month program includes onboarding and development opportunities, with potential for a full-time position.

You’ll work with key retailers to learn assortment, merchandising, and negotiations while building cross-functional skills. During the program you will collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing sites, Suppliers, and Product Supply,

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication in Polish and English
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Leveraging data analytics to generate actionable insights
• Strong initiative and problem solving
• Positive attitude towards challenges and changes
• Interpersonal and multinational cooperation skills
• Excellent analytical thinking and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license (active driver)

Responsibilities

• Work with key market retailers to understand customers and shoppers needs
• Collaborate with customer team on assortment, merchandising and promotions
• Build positive relationships with customers for negotiations and promotions
• Develop understanding of customer needs and requirements
• Enhance negotiating, sales, and financial/marketing skills through on-the-job learning
