Promise Group, a leading Microsoft partner in Central and Eastern Europe, seeks a Solution Sales Professional (Security) to join our team in Warsaw. You will bridge business needs with security solutions and collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Microsoft to create tangible opportunities.

The role requires experience in presales or security consulting, strong communication, and fluency in English, with remote or hybrid work options. Join us for long-term growth and exciting client engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or Security/IT Consulting.
• Understanding of Microsoft Security stack at a high level (Sentinel, Defender XDR, Entra ID, Defender for Cloud).
• Ability to connect technology with business value and solve customer problems.
• Experience leading customer workshops and discovery sessions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Commercial awareness and a practical approach to solving customer problems.
• Ability to challenge ideas constructively.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer business needs and data challenges.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and solution discussions.
• Turn unclear customer needs into solution ideas and concrete opportunities.
• Help Sales define value, scope, and next steps.
• Support qualification and proposal preparation.
• Present solutions to business and technical stakeholders.
• Work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Microsoft.
• Identify follow-up opportunities.
