Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Security Architect to design secure Microsoft cloud and security solutions. You will lead customer conversations, develop security roadmaps, and provide design guidance across Sentinel, Defender, identity, and cloud security.

The role is fully remote, collaborating with a dynamic team and delivering strategic security outcomes for clients worldwide. Strong English, 5+ years in security architecture, and deep Microsoft expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in security architecture or consulting.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Cloud, including Azure, Sentinel, and Defender.
• Proven experience designing secure Microsoft cloud and security solutions.
• Strong customer-facing consulting experience with ability to lead technical conversations.
• Ability to turn customer needs into practical roadmaps, designs, and backlog items.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Awareness of security frameworks and posture improvement principles.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Owning and maintaining the customer security roadmap across horizons.
• Leading discovery, roadmap, and backlog conversations with customers and internal teams.
• Turning goals, risks, and opportunities into epics, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Providing design guidance across Microsoft security technologies (Sentinel, Defender, identity).
• Prioritizing work based on value, risk, dependency, and CoE capacity.
• Supporting sprint planning by validating priorities and estimates.
• Briefing Security Engineers with context and quality expectations.
• Reviewing progress and documentation to stay aligned with outcomes.
• Raising risks and blockers early and coordinating with teams and customers.
• Explaining technical decisions clearly for informed customer choices.
• Supporting knowledge transfer for customer self-sufficiency.
• Championing reusable patterns and best practices across the Security CoE.
