Job summary

Commerzbank AG in Poland is seeking a Scrum Master to drive agile transformations across multiple teams in a complex delivery environment. You will coach teams, remove impediments, and champion AI, automation, and modern engineering practices.

Remotely or in hybrid mode at Wersalska 6, Łódź, you will foster collaboration, scale agile ways of working, and ensure transparency and accountability. A 5+ year track record and English B2 are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Lead, or similar.
• Experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting multiple agile teams simultaneously.
• Experience with large-scale agile initiatives and Agile Release Trains.
• Proven track record in organizational change and agile transformations.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity through AI
• English B2

Description of the cluster:

The Document Lifecycle Cluster drives the digital transformation of document-based business processes at Commerzbank. We develop and operate solutions for intelligent document processing, workflow automation, and paperless banking services, enabling efficient and customer-focused operations. Working in a scaled agile environment, we leverage automation, AI, and modern engineering practices to deliver innovative solutions that simplify processes, increase efficiency, and support the bank's digital transformation journey.

You will be responsible for:
