Commerzbank ищет опытного Scrum Master/Agile Coach для координации нескольких команд и реализации масштабных agile-инициатив. Вы будете способствовать управлению зависимостями, внедрять практики Agile Release Trains и поддерживать лидерство в трансформации организации.

Требуется опыт в крупных корпоративных средах, владение Jira/Confluence, Microsoft 365 и современными инструментами. Английский не ниже уровня B2, гибкий график и ориентация на результат.

Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта в ролях Scrum Master/Agile Coach/Delivery Lead
• Опыт работы в крупных корпоративных средах
• Опыт поддержки нескольких agile-команд одновременно
• Опыт реализации крупных agile-инициатив и Agile Release Trains
• Доказанный опыт организационных изменений и agile-трансформаций
• Уровень английского как минимум B2

Responsibilities

• Рводить организационные и agile-трансформации в сложной среде доставки
• Устанавливать управление, модели сотрудничества и масштабируемые структуры доставки
• Сопровождать принятие AI, автоматизации и современных инженерных практик
• Управлять рисками, зависимостями и препятствиями между командами и стейкхолдерами
• Поддерживать и координировать несколько agile-команд параллельно
• Обеспечивать сотрудничество, прозрачность, подотчетность и непрерывное совершенствование
• Использовать Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365 и AI-инструменты для оптимизации Delivery
• Вести команды через изменения и неопределенность прагматичным ориентированным на результат подходом
• Принимать участие в Leadership Team

The Document Lifecycle Cluster drives the digital transformation of document-based business processes at Commerzbank. It develops and operates solutions for intelligent document processing, workflow automation, and paperless banking services. The cluster uses automation, AI, and modern engineering practices to simplify processes, increase efficiency, and support the bank’s digital transformation.

Drive organizational and agile transformations in complex delivery environments Establish governance, collaboration models, and scalable delivery structures Enable the adoption of AI, automation, and modern engineering practices Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments across teams and stakeholders Support and coach multiple agile teams in parallel Manage conflicts Scale agile ways of working, including Agile Release Trains (ARTs) Foster collaboration, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement Leverage Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, and AI tools to optimize delivery Lead teams through change and uncertainty with a pragmatic, result-oriented mindset Participate in the Leadership Team

5+ Years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Lead, or in a similar role Proven experience working in complex enterprise environments Experience supporting multiple agile teams simultaneously Experience with large-scale agile initiatives and Agile Release Trains Proven track record in organizational change and agile transformations Ability to identify opportunities to improve productivity through AI English B2
