Job summary

Commerzbank Digital Technology Centre Poland in Łódź seeks a Business Expert - Data Management to strengthen our Global Financial Crime Prevention Platform cluster. You will optimize data flows for transaction monitoring and customer screening, partnering with stakeholders in a dynamic, agile environment.

You will design and evolve data models, implement SQL-based solutions, perform data quality checks, and collaborate with developers to deliver reliable data delivery solutions across monitoring

Qualifications

• Experience in data management and data modelling.
• Knowledge of SQL and data governance.
• Willingness to learn Compliance Processes and GCP.
• Fluent English (B2+)

Responsibilities

• You support the stakeholders in all activities to provide data for transaction monitoring and customer screening.
• You develop and optimize the data model receiving data from different source systems and distributing them for monitoring and reporting to target systems.
• You analyze data requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders and ensure requirements are implemented.
• You design data solutions, con ception, technical implementation (data modelling / SQL), testing and documentation including production release.
• You implement data quality checks to ensure data integrity following data governance policies.
• You collaborate with developers to identify and implement the Best-Fit-Solution for data delivery.

Description Of The Cluster

The Global Financial Crime Prevention Platform cluster:

• develops a global and holistic IT platform for fraud prevention and detection,
• aimed at delivering top-notch compliance solutions to safeguard against financial crime.

As part of the Key Area Compliance we are responsible for providing an IT platform to support risk coverage and processes with regard to know-your-customer (KYC), anti-money laundering and sanctions. We understand ourselves to be a unit closely dovetailed with the standard setters from the headquarters Compliance functions with the aim of further developing and operating the Compliance IT platform. Thus, we deliver state-of-the-art solutions in close cooperation with the standard setters.

You will be responsible for

We are seeking a results-driven Business Expert with strong analytical and strategic skills to optimize processes, systems, and compliance solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery and business success in a dynamic and agile environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• You support the stakeholders in all activities to provide all necessary data for transaction monitoring and customer screening.
• You are responsible for development and optimization of our data model which receives data from different source systems and distributes them for monitoring and reporting purposes to several target systems.
• You analyze the data requirements in close collaboration with our stakeholders and ensure that their requirements are implemented.
• You are responsible for solution design, conception, technical implementation (data modelling / programming with SQL), testing and documentation including production release.
• You are implementing data quality checks to ensure data integrity following the data governance policies.
• You are in close collaboration with the developers to identify and implement the Best-Fit-Solution for data delivery
