Job summary

Software Mind is seeking an Agile Coach to shape a delivery organization with autonomous teams and AI-enabled practices across multiple engineering squads and leadership to improve delivery effectiveness.

You will drive workshops, remove blockers, and collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to scale proven delivery practices throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in Agile environments as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead or similar role.
• Experience coaching multiple software development teams.
• Proven ability to drive improvements beyond a single team's boundaries.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Engineering Managers and senior leadership.
• Practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Lean/Flow principles.
• Experience using delivery metrics (Cycle Time, Lead Time, Throughput, WIP) to support decision-making.
• A pragmatic mindset focused on outcomes rather than Agile ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams towards greater autonomy and continuous improvement.
• Identify systemic delivery issues and cross-team dependencies, and help remove organizational blockers.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to improve delivery outcomes.
• Facilitate key workshops, retrospectives and cross-team sessions when coaching adds value.
• Support Product Discovery, backlog clarity and prioritisation.
• Drive Communities of Practice and knowledge sharing.
• Identify AI opportunities, run experiments and help scale proven practices.
• Use delivery metrics to turn insights into measurable improvements.

Join us as an Agile Coach and help shape a delivery organization where autonomous teams, continuous improvement and AI-enabled ways of working drive measurable business outcomes.
You will be working across multiple engineering teams, Product and leadership to improve delivery effectiveness, remove systemic constraints and scale proven practices across the organization.
