Job summary

Grafton is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors functional lead to drive the evolution of Rewards, Performance, Learning and Onboarding across global employees.

You will collaborate with HR leaders, technology teams and external partners to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions, manage the functional roadmap, and ensure data quality and reporting.

This role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities to shape core HR processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience (Rewards/Performance/Learning/Onboarding).
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical, scalable, user-friendly solutions.
• Experience collaborating across HR, IT and business functions.
• Structured approach to release management, testing and change implementation.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the functional roadmap for SAP SuccessFactors.
• Oversee modules: Compensation & Rewards, Performance, Learning, Onboarding.
• Collaborate with HR, Technology teams, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
• Act as SME and support stakeholders through change and adoption.
• Coordinate annual compensation and performance review cycles.
• Ensure data quality, governance and reporting with robust controls.
