Edge Recruitment is seeking an Integration Specialist (SAP SuccessFactors) to safeguard and scale the global HR integration landscape from Kraków or hybrid locations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable HR integration solutions, evaluate options for business cases, and lead change initiatives while ensuring production readiness and ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating global HRIS platforms, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
• Deep functional and technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
• Knowledge of integration middleware platforms such as Boomi and/or SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
• A strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and the technologies that support them.
• Experience working with digital products and platforms that integrate with SAP SuccessFactors within a broader HR ecosystem.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to balance technical solutions with business objectives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex scenarios and identify effective solutions.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across global and local teams.
• A collaborative working style and the ability to navigate complex international environments.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Safeguarding the integrity, stability, and scalability of the global HR integration landscape.
• Working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze business needs, and recommend solutions from a global end-to-end perspective.
• Contributing to business case development by evaluating design options, implementation approaches, costs, timelines, and expected business benefits.
• Leading integration-related change initiatives, including impact assessments, solution design, implementation oversight, and change request management.
• Ensuring new and enhanced integrations are successfully transitioned into operational support and ongoing maintenance.
• Acting as a subject matter expert in HR integrations, translating business requirements into effective, scalable, and sustainable technical solutions.
• Maintaining a holistic end-to-end view of the HR ecosystem while collaborating with both local and global stakeholders.
• Driving standardization and simplification across the global integration landscape while balancing local legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Participating in testing activities and ensuring smooth, controlled cutover and deployment into production environments.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across business and IT functions, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and engagement throughout initiatives.
• Continuously identifying opportunities to improve existing integrations by evaluating new technologies, industry trends, and best practices across the HR technology landscape.
• Ensuring all integration solutions comply with company’s standards, architecture principles, and security requirements.
• Providing functional expertise for the resolution of complex integration-related incidents and acting as a trusted advisor to Functional Specialists on integration topics.
