Job summary

Simon-Kucher is seeking a Senior Manager Global Rewards and Benefits to shape, enhance, and govern our global compensation landscape. You will oversee compensation across regions, ensuring alignment with our total rewards philosophy, market benchmarks, and evolving regulatory requirements.

You will own the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module, drive governance of bonus programs and salary review cycles, and partner with HR, Legal, and Finance to deliver consistent, data-driven rewards across

Qualifications

Several (6–8+) years of HR experience with a focus on compensation and benefits in global or regional roles.
Proven experience managing global compensation frameworks, bonus programs, and reward cycles.
Strong benchmarking knowledge and total rewards principles.
Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and EC experience.
Excellent analytical and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Own and enhance global compensation frameworks, bonus and incentive programs, and salary review cycles.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including EU Pay Transparency Directive.
Own and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module and EC structures.
Contribute to global benefits and rewards initiatives.
Partner with global/local stakeholders to align on compensation topics and communicate clearly.
