Job summary

SD Worx is seeking a SAP Process Owner responsible for full country delivery of German payroll. You will ensure compliance, quality, and stability while coordinating with clients, authorities, and internal stakeholders.

You will lead end-to-end payroll processes, drive improvements, and support payroll teams across projects. Fluency in English and German is required, with strong ownership and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English and German for client and regulatory communication.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors payroll modules (EC, ECP, PCC).
• Experience with German payroll, tax, and labour regulations.
• Proven ability to lead payroll projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end German payroll delivery for the country.
• Ensure compliance with German payroll, tax, and labour laws.
• Lead and support payroll teams and implement payroll projects.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, authorities, and partners.
• Drive payroll accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
