Job summary

RED Global is seeking an experienced SAP HR/HCM Functional Consultant for a 6-month contract on a hybrid basis in Belgium or Poland. The role requires hands-on SAP HCM expertise across core modules, with ASAP start and potential extensions.

The project involves ongoing SAP HR operations, transformations, and integrations, with 1–2 days onsite per week. Key requirements include 10+ years in SAP HR/HCM, strong PY, PA/OM, and time management skills, plus experience with upgrades and UAT.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on SAP HR / SAP HCM experience.
• Strong SAP Payroll (PY) experience.
• Strong Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
• Time Management / Time & Absence (PT).
• Hands-on SAP HCM configuration and functional support.
• Payroll reconciliation, HR data validation and troubleshooting.
• SAP HCM enhancements, testing, UAT and incident resolution.
• Experience with SAP HCM upgrades / transformation programmes.
• Integration experience with other HR/enterprise systems.
• S/4HANA and/or Workday integration exposure would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing SAP HR operations and transformation programmes for a major international organization.
• Provide hands-on SAP HCM configuration and functional support.
• Perform payroll reconciliation and HR data validation/resolution of issues.
• Contribute to upgrades/transformation projects and SAP HCM testing/UAT.
• Assist with integrations to other HR systems and external applications.

The role requires a genuinely hands‑on SAP HCM functional consultant, with strong experience across core SAP HR modules.
