Sii Poland is seeking a seasoned SAP Finance Solutions Consultant to maintain, optimize, and evolve enterprise finance systems across global operations. You will bridge finance and technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions and drive transformation initiatives.

You will lead end-to-end finance process discussions, manage period-end activities, intercompany transactions, asset accounting, and financial reporting while ensuring governance and post-go-live support across

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Finance Consultant in finance modules.
• Expertise in general ledger, fixed assets, multi-currency, period-end closing, intercompany accounting, and statutory reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and integration of finance systems.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, testing, user support, and solution documentation.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
• Fluent English with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing and enhancing finance-related ERP functionalities, ensuring stable day-to-day operations and continuous improvements
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify process optimization opportunities and translating them into system solutions
• Leading discussions around financial processes, including period-end activities, intercompany transactions, asset accounting, tax-related processes and financial reporting
• Gathering, analyzing and validating business requirements, performing gap assessments and supporting solution design activities
• Participating in implementation projects, testing cycles, deployments and post-go-live support
• Ensuring compliance with governance, audit and control standards while supporting cross-functional integrations and business initiatives
