Sii Poland seeks a SAP Finance Solutions Consultant to maintain and optimize enterprise finance systems across international operations. You will bridge finance and technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions that support global business processes.

You will contribute to both operational excellence and strategic transformation initiatives, helping modernize financial processes and improve the overall user experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SAP Finance consultant experience including configuration, support and enhancements
• Strong knowledge of general ledger, fixed assets, multi-currency, period-end closing, intercompany accounting
• Experience in requirements gathering, testing, documentation and user support
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams
• Fluent English with strong communication and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance finance ERP functionalities and day-to-day operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and translate them into system solutions
• Lead discussions on financial processes: period-end, intercompany, asset accounting, tax and reporting
• Gather and validate business requirements, perform gap analyses, support solution design
• Participate in implementations, testing, deployments and post-go-live support
• Ensure governance, audit and control standards and support cross-functional integrations
