Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an SAP Finance Solutions Consultant to maintain, optimize, and evolve enterprise finance systems across international operations. You will balance hands-on system work with collaboration across finance and technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions and drive transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP Finance Consultant (configuration, support, and enhancements)

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance finance-related ERP functionalities for stable day-to-day operations and continuous improvements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process optimizations and translate them into system solutions
• Lead discussions around financial processes including period-end activities, intercompany transactions, asset accounting, tax processes and financial reporting
• Gather, analyze and validate business requirements, perform gap assessments and support solution design
• Participate in implementation projects, testing cycles, deployments and post-go-live support
• Ensure governance, audit, and control standards compliance while supporting cross-functional integrations and business initiatives
