Sii Poland is seeking a strategic leader to shape the finance technology landscape across international markets. You will own the roadmap, governance, and standards for modern finance systems, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

You will lead teams, manage stakeholders, and coordinate global transformation initiatives while partnering with external providers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in finance technology with hands-on SAP consulting experience.
• Proven leadership in managing teams and strategic initiatives.
• Strong expertise in enterprise finance systems including FAS, consolidation, tax, multi-currency and statutory reporting.
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation programs balancing global standards with local compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the finance technology roadmap, standards, and governance across international operations.
• Lead design and optimization of core financial processes for scalability, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive automation, digital innovation, data-driven decisions, and process standardization.
