Job summary

DS Smith, a global leader in sustainable packaging solutions, seeks an IT Business Analyst SAP FICO to provide functional SAP FI/CO support focusing on Accounts Payable and invoice automation across the EMEA region.

You will work with Finance, SAP teams and external partners to ensure accurate processing, testing and deployments, while aligning with control requirements and governance processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SAP FI experience with invoice automation exposure.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Accounts Payable and P2P processes.
• Experience with ReadSoft, Kofax, OpenText VIM, Basware.
• Experience supporting invoice capture, validation, workflow and posting.
• Experience coordinating functional, integration and user acceptance testing.
• Fluency in English and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support across SAP FI focusing on Accounts Payable.
• Investigate incidents and coordinate resolution.
• Support PO and non-PO invoice processing.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Finance, SAP teams and partners.
• Assist with deployments, upgrades and governance with proper documentation.
