Smith+ Nephew is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to shape how Finance and Global Business Services evolve through technology. You will partner with senior leaders, translate strategy into tangible business cases, and guide governance to secure investment.

Your role spans strategic roadmap development, deep business analysis, and collaboration with delivery teams. You will oversee ERP enhancements and drive measurable benefits while championing best practice and simplification.

Qualifications

Experience as a Business Analyst across Finance or IT with complex change programmes.
Strong understanding of Finance processes and platforms (ERP, EPM, workflow, analytics).
Demonstrated experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA in the FICO domain.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to distill complexity into requirements.
Strong communication and influencing skills across business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

Stay close to delivery to ensure solutions meet business needs and deliver value.
