Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives in procurement and purchasing. You will deliver complex enterprise projects that streamline sourcing, supplier collaboration, contract management, purchasing processes, and invoicing workflows, working with business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners.

The role requires hands-on Ariba experience, strong governance and risk management, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing enterprise technology projects.
• Hands-on Ariba experience with large-scale implementations.
• Knowledge of governance, risk management, change control and budget oversight.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Understanding software implementation lifecycles from requirements to post-release support.
• Excellent English communication; hybrid work with regular Warsaw office presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of procurement technology projects from initiation to post-launch stabilization.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams including configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, training and deployment.
• Foster collaboration between business, technical teams and external partners through governance.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation for operational readiness and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement by tracking outcomes, lessons learned, and user adoption metrics.
