Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead SAP Order-to-Cash initiatives, focusing on modern payment solutions, digital payments, and subscription models. You will drive delivery, alignment with stakeholders, and ensure scalable digital processes.

In this role you will coordinate SAP consultants and developers, manage scope, budget, and schedule, and promote a compliant, end-to-end O2C environment. Fluency in English and Poland residency are required.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of experience managing SAP projects in the O2C area.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes and SAP environment.
• Ability to manage project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Experience leading project teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and risk management.
• Fluent English (C1).
• Residence in Poland required.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP projects in the O2C area, delivering on time and within budget.
• Define scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Lead SAP consultants, developers, and business stakeholders for smooth collaboration.
• Ensure SAP solutions meet business needs, legal requirements and best practices.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies; develop mitigation plans.
• Act as main contact for O2C matters; provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops and training to ensure end-user acceptance of O2C processes.
• Maintain proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor performance using appropriate tools; implement corrective actions.
