Sii Poland in Warsaw is seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Integration Engineer to design, maintain, and optimize integrations across enterprise procurement platforms. You will work in a hybrid model at the Warsaw office, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable data flows, system stability, and adherence to internal standards.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on SAP Ariba integration experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP Ariba integration experience within enterprise environments.
• Experience with cloud-based integration platforms, middleware, APIs and enterprise integration frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of real-time, event-driven and batch processing, data formats and mapping.
• Experience troubleshooting interfaces and ensuring stable communication between systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills; familiarity with service management tools.
• Fluent English and willingness to work in a hybrid model with regular presence in the Warsaw office.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba Integration Engineer to support and enhance procurement-related business applications and data exchange processes within a complex enterprise environment. In this position, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing integrations between business platforms, ensuring reliable data flow, system stability, and compliance with internal standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams involved in technology, operations, governance, and business transformation initiatives, contributing to both day-to-day operations and long-term platform development.

Your tasks

• Design, develop, maintain, and improve system integrations connecting enterprise procurement and business platforms
• Configure and support integration frameworks, interfaces, APIs, middleware solutions, and web services
• Manage and optimize master data synchronization across suppliers, products, and purchasing processes
• Monitor interfaces, investigate incidents, analyze logs and data flows, and resolve integration-related issues
• Perform end-to-end testing, ensure system reliability, and drive automation and resilience improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a SAP Ariba Consultant focused on integration and procurement solutions within enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based integration platforms, middleware technologies, APIs, and enterprise integration frameworks
• Strong knowledge of integration concepts, including real-time, event-driven, and batch processing approaches, as well as data formats and mapping techniques
• Practical experience troubleshooting interfaces, analyzing data transmission issues, and ensuring stable communication between systems
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and leadership skills, combined with experience working with service management and task-tracking tools
• Fluent English and willingness to work in a hybrid model with regular presence in the Warsaw office
