Sii Poland is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead SAP Order-to-Cash initiatives, delivering modern payment solutions for customers. You will coordinate SAP teams, define scope, milestones, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while building scalable digital payment capabilities.

This role requires at least 5 years of SAP O2C experience, fluent English, and a practical focus on governance, risk, and end-user enablement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing SAP projects in the O2C area.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes and SAP environment.
• Ability to manage project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Experience leading project teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and risk management.
• Fluent English (C1).
• Residence in Poland required.

Responsibilities

• Managing SAP projects in the O2C area, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to scope
• Defining project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Leading project teams, including SAP consultants, developers, and business stakeholders, to ensure smooth cooperation
• Ensuring SAP solutions comply with business needs, legal requirements, and best practices
• Identifying and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies, developing mitigation plans as needed
• Acting as the main point of contact for O2C project matters, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and management
• Conducting workshops and training to ensure end-user acceptance of O2C processes
• Ensuring proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitoring and evaluating project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, implementing corrective actions as necessary
