Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant to support and optimize enterprise procurement solutions in a hybrid Warsaw setting. You will engage with stakeholders across purchasing and finance to improve source-to-pay processes and ensure compliant, user-focused procurement services.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on SAP Ariba experience, strong configuration skills, and collaboration across multiple modules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in SAP Ariba consulting or similar roles.
• Experience across sourcing, supplier management, procurement, invoicing, and contracts.
• Strong understanding of procurement and supplier lifecycle; able to work in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support and resolve complex issues within procurement applications
• Configure, maintain, and optimize procurement processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements
• Support testing, deployments, system upgrades, and release activities
• Manage incidents, service requests, changes, and problem investigations in ITSM

Job description

Join a global technology team responsible for supporting and enhancing enterprise procurement solutions used across international business operations. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and optimizing source-to-pay processes, collaborating with stakeholders from purchasing, finance, and other business functions. You will contribute to system improvements, support application releases and testing activities, and help deliver efficient, compliant, and user-focused procurement services in a dynamic environment.
Your tasks

• Provide advanced support and resolve complex issues within procurement applications
• Configure, maintain, and optimize business-critical procurement processes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements
• Support testing, deployments, system upgrades, and release activities
• Manage incidents, service requests, changes, and problem investigations in line with IT service management practices
• Coordinate troubleshooting across integrated enterprise platforms and connected systems

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Ariba Consultant, Application Engineer, or a similar role with strong functional and configuration expertise
• Experience working across multiple SAP Ariba modules, including sourcing, supplier management, procurement, invoicing, and contract-related processes
• Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, supplier lifecycle, and purchasing operations
• Knowledge of software delivery practices, Agile methodologies, DevOps principles, and secure development standards
• Previous work with integrations, APIs, middleware solutions, and cross-system issue analysis
• Fluent English and willingness to work in a hybrid model with regular presence in the Warsaw office
