Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Salesforce Business Solution Architect in Poland with hybrid work. You will design and guide healthcare Patient Services and Innovative Medicine solutions, align architecture with business goals, and influence roadmaps while ensuring security and compliance.

The role offers global project exposure in a regulated environment. You will lead solution designs, collaborate with PMs and operations, and ensure Salesforce capabilities are fully utilized to deliver value across

Qualifications

10+ years in healthcare solution design, business analysis, or architecture roles.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Health Cloud features.
Experience leading global, multi-team projects and stakeholders.
Excellent English communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Create and lead solution designs aligned with Patient Services and Medicine domains.
Support product owners in scope definition and roadmaps.
Lead feasibility assessments and workshops globally and regionally.
Maximize Salesforce OOTB capabilities and user experience.
Ensure designs meet architecture principles and traceability requirements.
Ensure security and compliance within solution delivery scope.
Document designs and oversee implementation with agility.
Collaborate with PMs and ops for deployment planning and migrations.
Provide architectural leadership in stakeholder forums.
Ensure solutions meet specs, are fit for purpose, and deliver value.
