Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Product Owner / Product Manager with strong Salesforce Service Cloud experience to lead product development for employee, manager and operations experiences. You will manage the backlog, define priorities with business stakeholders, and shape the product vision and roadmap across international teams.

You will translate user needs into functional requirements, drive cross-country collaboration, and monitor adoption to identify improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Owner/PM/Business Analyst/Salesforce consultant with business focus.
• Hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud experience.
• Backlog management and prioritisation with stakeholders.
• Workshop facilitation and requirements gathering.
• Bridge between business and tech teams.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and product teams.
• Excellent English and Polish communication in an international setting.

Responsibilities

• Developing and improving Salesforce-based products, esp. Service Cloud.
• Manage product backlog and set priorities with business stakeholders.
• Co-create product vision, roadmap and strategic direction.
• Analyze user needs and translate to business/functional requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across teams and countries.

We are looking for someone who can combine Salesforce platform expertise with a product-oriented and business-focused mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing key solutions that support employee, manager, and operational team experiences in an international environment. If you enjoy collaborating with business stakeholders, streamlining complex processes, prioritising requirements, and translating user needs into practical solutions,

Your tasks

• Developing and continuously improving Salesforce-based products, with a particular focus on Salesforce Service Cloud
• Managing the product backlog and defining priorities in close collaboration with business stakeholders
• Co-creating the product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction
• Analysing user needs and translating them into business and functional requirements
• Driving communication with stakeholders across different business areas and countries
• Monitoring product adoption and usage, gathering user feedback, and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Coordinating the implementation of new functionalities and supporting the change adoption process

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Consultant with a strong business-oriented focus
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Proven ability to manage product backlogs, prioritise requirements, and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholder groups
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and defining business solutions
• Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practical experience working with product teams
• Excellent English and Polish communication skills, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment
• Living in Poland

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of SOQL and data extraction from Salesforce
• Experience with Agile methodologies
