Job summary

Aquiva and Hapi is seeking a Salesforce Product Owner to drive client value and lead delivery across initiatives. You will translate business needs into actionable user stories, align stakeholders, and guide the engineering team toward outcomes that matter for end users and the business.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of PO experience, strong English communication, and hands-on Agile experience in the Salesforce ecosystem (Core, Agentforce, Data 360).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary client-facing product partner, building trust through clear recommendations and outcome-driven guidance.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand objectives, success metrics, and constraints—not just feature requests.
• Translate client needs into clear, actionable requirements for sprints and milestones.
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities; present trade-offs and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure delivered solutions align to adoption, efficiency, revenue impact, or customer experience improvements.
