Job summary

Aquiva Labs, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer to own the development of complex Salesforce applications and drive AI-augmented workflows.

You will engage clients directly, clarify requirements, and ship features across production cycles. The role emphasizes rigorous testing, clear communication, and owning the release process within a fast-paced consulting-like environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive Salesforce development experience with end-to-end app delivery.
• Daily use of AI tooling such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.
• English proficiency at B2 or above; daily English communication.
• Proven unit testing practices to maintain reliability.
• Strong ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Salesforce Application Development: Design and develop applications on the Salesforce platform as a senior developer.
• Proactive Client Engagement: Interface directly with customers to understand challenges and deliver solutions.
• AI-Augmented Development: Use agentic coding tools as standard method.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business roles to clarify user stories and align on objectives.
• Code Quality Assurance: Own the test suite and ensure coverage.
