Aquiva is an AI-native consulting and engineering firm helping growth companies scale. We seek a Salesforce Product Owner to drive value delivery with executive clients in Europe, including Poland.

You will translate business outcomes into backlog work, align stakeholders, and guide engineering to high-quality, measurable results. The role emphasizes discovery, strategic roadmap ownership, and close collaboration with engineering, UX, and leadership to ensure adoption and ROI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Owner experience (preferably Salesforce ecosystem).
• Strong client-facing communication in English.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to think strategically while remaining execution-oriented.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Comfortable presenting options, trade-offs, and recommendations.
• Customer- and outcome-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary client-facing product partner, building trust through clear recommendations and outcome-driven guidance.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand business objectives, success metrics, and constraints—not just feature requests.
• Translate client needs into clear, actionable requirements achievable through sprints and milestones.
• Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities; present trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Ensure delivered solutions align to desired outcomes such as adoption, efficiency, revenue impact, or customer experience improvements.
• Define and maintain product vision and roadmap rooted in business outcomes.
• Prioritize initiatives based on value, impact, risk, and effort using data and insights.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog in Agile environments; collaborate with engineering, QA, and UX.
