Job summary

Aquiva and Hapi is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer with a strong background in custom application development and AI literacy. You will own features from requirements to production, collaborating with a compact team and using agentic tools throughout the lifecycle.

The role emphasizes AI-augmented development, explicit testing practices, and clear communication with product stakeholders in English; experience with React and AppExchange is a plus.

Qualifications

• Extensive Salesforce development experience with production apps.
• Daily use of AI tooling in the workflow (Cursor, Claude Code, agents).
• English communication in fast-paced discussions (B2 or higher).
• Experience writing/maintaining unit tests for reliable releases.
• Ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce-based applications for enterprise clients.
• Engage with clients to clarify requirements and deliver solutions.
• Use AI-enabled tools as a standard part of development.
• Collaborate with business roles to align on objectives and stories.
• Own the test suite and ensure coverage of important cases.
