Job summary

HOMAG Group AG in Poznań seeks a part‑time trainee to develop Salesforce onboarding materials and maintain process documentation. You will update training content, support the Reporting Hub, and help test Salesforce changes within a global, hybrid team.

Qualifications

• Must be a student in a related field.
• Excellent English and Polish language skills.
• German is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Analytical, structured and detail‑oriented.
• Basic understanding or willingness to learn Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Create new training materials for Salesforce onboarding/fundamentals.
• Create and maintain clear process documentation, including flows and user instructions.
• Keep training materials & Know‑Zone up to date.
• Support Reporting Hub with cleaning reports and report subscriptions management.
• Assist Salesforce testing after changes to the system.
