Job summary

Dürr Group Services is seeking a motivated student to develop training materials for Salesforce onboarding and fundamentals, and to maintain clear process documentation. You will support the Reporting Hub with report cleaning and subscriptions, and help test Salesforce after changes.

A hybrid setup and flexible 20h/week schedule start planned for November 2026. The role offers hands-on Salesforce training, exposure to digital process optimization, and collaboration with a dynamic SSC IT & SAP

Qualifications

• Must be a student in Business Administration, Information Systems, Communication, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Polish; German is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with business and IT stakeholders.
• Analytical thinker with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce or willingness to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create new training materials for Salesforce onboarding and fundamentals.
• Create and maintain clear process documentation with flows and user instructions.
• Keep training materials and Know-Zone up to date.
• Support Reporting Hub: clean reports, organize filing, create reports and manage subscriptions.
• Assist with Salesforce testing after changes to the system.

• Create new training materials for Salesforce onboarding/fundamentals
• Create and maintain clear process documentation, including process flows, user instructions, and functional overviews
• Keep training materials & Know-Zone up to date
• Support our Reporting Hub with cleaning reports, organizing filing structure, report creation and report subscriptions management
• Help out with Salesforce testing after new changes are introduced to the system

Your Skills:

• Student in Business Administration, Information Systems, Communication, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (required) and Polish (required); German is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders
• Analytical thinking and a structured, detail-oriented approach
• Basic understanding of Salesforce or interest in learning it quickly
• Reliable, eager to learn, and interested in long‑term process improvements
