Job summary

eConsulting is seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead the design of scalable, secure Salesforce solutions. You will define the overall architecture, choose the right tools (Flows vs Apex), and drive integrations with external systems in enterprise environments.

Hybrid work in Poznań with monthly office presence, ongoing DevOps and CI/CD practices, and a commitment to training, documentation, and collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration (including Flows) and development (Apex, LWC).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, and security models.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and source control (Git).

Responsibilities

• Design the overall Salesforce architecture and ensure it is scalable, secure, and efficient.
• Choose the right tools for the job (e.g., deciding when to use Salesforce Flows vs. custom Apex code).
• Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Create technical documentation and data models.
• Ensure the highest quality of project delivery.
• Manage relations and advise business stakeholders.
