Job summary

Dürr Aktiengesellschaft in Poland offers a student internship in the SSC IT & SAP organization. You will develop Salesforce onboarding materials, maintain process documentation, and support reporting tasks while gaining hands-on experience in digital process optimization.

The role is 20 hours per week in a hybrid setup, starting in November 2026. You will work with a supportive team and have access to LinkedIn Learning and a modern office in Poznań or Środa Wielkopolska.

Qualifications

• Student in Business Administration, Information Systems, Communication, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (required) and Polish (required); German is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking and a structured, detail-oriented approach.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce or interest in learning it quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create new training materials for Salesforce onboarding/fundamentals.
• Create and maintain clear process documentation, including process flows, user instructions, and functional overviews.
• Keep training materials & Know-Zone up to date.
• Support Reporting Hub with cleaning reports, organizing filing structure, report creation and report subscriptions management.
• Help out with Salesforce testing after new changes are introduced to the system.
