We are seeking a passionate and skilled Salesforce Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless implementation and configuration of Salesforce.

Job requirements

Responsibilities

Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Map out business processes and customer journeys.

Translate requirements into clear user stories.

Configure and customize Salesforce (flows, permission sets, custom objects, fields).

Manage sharing and visibility settings to align with business needs.

Provide ongoing support and recommendations during the implementation process.

Must-Have Requirements

Strong understanding of business processes and CRM best practices.

Proven experience in Salesforce configuration and declarative development (flows, permission sets, custom objects, fields).

Expertise in sharing and visibility management.

Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Experience leading workshops and facilitating requirement-gathering sessions.

Salesforce Sales, Experience and Service Cloud

Minimum work experience: 3 years

Language proficiency: English at C1 level

Soft Skills

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, remote environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Availability

Must be available for a 4-hour overlap between 15:00 and 19:00 Poland time to ensure real-time collaboration.
