Job summary

HOMAG in Poznań offers a challenging trainee role focused on Salesforce onboarding and process optimization. You will create training materials, document processes, and keep Know-Zone up to date while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders in a hybrid, international environment.

The position is part-time (20h/week) starting November 2026, with work from a modern office in Poznań or Środa Wielkopolska.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
• Strong communication in English and Polish required.
• German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create new training materials for Salesforce onboarding and fundamentals.
• Create and maintain clear process documentation, including process flows, user instructions, and functional overviews.
• Keep training materials & Know‑Zone up to date.
• Support our Reporting Hub with cleaning reports, organizing filing structure, report creation and report subscriptions management.
• Help out with Salesforce testing after new changes are introduced to the system.

Your skills

• Student in Business Administration, Information Systems, Communication, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (required) and Polish (required); German is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders
• Analytical thinking and a structured, detail-oriented approach
• Basic understanding of Salesforce or interest in learning it quickly
• Reliable, eager to learn, and interested in long-term process improvements
